Abstract

This comprehensive study delves into the intersection of gender and disability, with a specific focus on current research that offers detailed insights into the intricate processes that influence the experiences of individuals navigating these identities. The paper focuses on recent research that provides these insights. This introduction provides a context for the increasing significance of comprehending the distinct challenges faced by individuals with gender disabilities. This requires extensive research of various literary sources to present a comprehensive depiction of the intersectional landscape from its point of view. This analysis entails qualitative research and systematic literature reviews. The research reveals that disabled individuals are influenced by various factors, such as societal norms, family dynamics, and cultural disparities. In addition, it demonstrates the strategies employed by women facing challenges in the field of cyber security. These strategies can be employed to emphasise the significance of technology in addressing workplace obstacles, both as a camouflage and as a resource. The magazine delves into the concept of visual activism as a potent means for disabled women to confront societal norms, with a particular emphasis on the importance of being recognised and acknowledged. The paper's discussion provides a summary of these findings, highlighting the importance of conducting more comprehensive research and fostering inclusive social discourse.
